Insured Closings

Has anyone ever done any signings for this company. Is this a good company to work for?

Have done 5...spread around thru time, none within last 3 mos. But, always met my fee and paid promptly. Be sure it's INsured, not ASSured (this warning turned out funnier once I saw it in black & white...LOL)

Lee,
I am so surprised that Insured has met your fee. When they have called me they have always said that this loan pays $50 for overnight docs and $75 for E-Docs. If they are close I have taken them but I won't do that again. They usually have multiple fax backs, call you 10 times. For me, I find them quite aggrevating to work for.

Prior to this post, I had made up my mind that I would not longer work for them at their fees. It is my fee or nothing.
