Interstate Notary

I did a closing for them on May 10th and had not been paid yet. I have called them a few times about this closing and they said their turn around is 20-30 days which we have passed and they cannot give me an answer why i have not been paid and they will email their billing dept. Well I have called 3 or 4 times and they give me this same response and nobody has returned an email or call ... Anyone deal with them and get paid ?
