Journal
When filling out the Journal, there are several different documents that we notarize in a loan closing, can we have the borrowers just put their signature in the first document or do we need them to sign for each document that is notarized. Ya, I have only completed about 5 closings so far and it just seems like a lot of extra signing that is unnecessary for the borrowers. Thanks

Get ye a MoJo asap!
Mojo bought from notary rotary is delicious. You check off the forms that you are notarizing and the borrower only signs once.
Otherwise, I think that yes, the borrower does need to sign for every notarization.

These are great marketing items to Title Companies. I have given a few out to a Title officers and their assistants I do business with often. Each time they use it they think of me and give me a call when they are in need.
