Learning something new
I had a good size loan package to do last night about 85-90 pages and I only had to notarize one page, this was the DOT. It was surprising and refreshing!

As a matter of fact, it is.

I have never done one of those, but had heard terrible things about those packages.

So have I. They were actually pretty straight forward. I got them from two different companies, and had no problems. Many of the docs did not need to be signed. It took me no longer than normal to do them.

I just had a Downey Savings like that. Nice! If only it didn't have the 'statement of information' page, it would have been perfect. :-)

I also did one for World Savings recently that only had one notarization. I kept checking and checking to make sure that was it!
