Lender Services Direct... just a reminder

Theft of services. Lender Services Direct will use you and not pay you. Will give a song and dance about why you are not getting payment. They still owe me for September 14, 2004. Gary Presley 949-599-3220 is the meanest person I have ever dealt with in this industry.
My goal is to put this company out of business. But, I need other notaries to help me. Please do not accept any closings from this company. You will be working for free if you do.
If you have any information on what title companies they work for, please pass this info on to me so I may contact the title companies and let them know.
I recorded my conversation with this man. I am sure that once a title company hears this tape, they will not hire him any more.
Please help me. I will do all the work, all the phone calls to the companies, I'll do whatever it takes. Just provide me with his title company names and I'll do the rest.

This is why I joind NotaryRotary. Notaries helping Notaries. I've seen some pretty mean-spirited postings and a lot of ego trips, but this kind of working together balances it all out. Thanks for the "heads up" about Lender Service Direct and the follow up contact numbers.

They are out soliciting more business!

I called to speak with Joe. He is out meeting with a new prospective client.
How can this company stay in business when they don't pay? Maybe they need to keep getting new clients because the old ones catch on that they screw their notaries out of pay?
Thank you for the conact info anyway.I will still attempt to discuss this with Joe and see what he will do about it.
Gary said that they have a lawsuit with Acrnet Title and that is why I am not being paid. I did a search and cannot even find them on a search. As well, the phone number he provided for them has this access code that you need in order for it to be rung through.
Again... if anyone knows who Lender Services Direct gets their work from, I really would like to have that info so I may contact them and let them know the kind of company they are hiring.

Any chance you still have copies of the edocs from your signing? You might be able to find title co information among the papers, and contact them for assistance in obtaining payment. I'm waiting on payment for one from them too...about one month ago. I will have to check my records and e-docs this evening. I'll keep everyone posted on payment.

His name is Carey Pressley and yes he is pretty rude. Hes a liar and will tell you anything Joe wants him to. Hes a puppet. They dont think for themselves. You cant get through to accounting because that lady is just like them. She thinks her "#@!^" dont stink. BUt it does. No matter how much fabreeze she sprays up in there. Joe the owner does not care. He gives his speel la da da dee, but turns around and does the opposite. I will not do business with them ever again. Eventually nobody will and he will up a creek without a paddle. Carey is his right hand man. As long as they get what they want and the fees are paid to Lender Services, after that you mean nothing to them,They dont understand the concept of customer service. THey dont understand the concept of honesty.Basically, they are crooked people. Thats okay. Karma. What goes around comes around. Have you checked out the BBB? you should.False advertising, bad customer service, Im saying that all the employees there are bad. They have a few but when ownership and the management is bad and worthless it pretty much makes the rest look like crap.
