Lenders First Choice & no signing
I have done several signings with them and have not had a problem, tonight the borrowers would not sign, incorrect #'s on HUD. Of course we could not get in touch with anyone so they would not sign even with rtc explained. I could not find anything to state what they pay for cancels and edocs anyone know? Thank You

They are nice people, specially Irma. But I hope you will get paid.

Della, These are good folks.
If I were you, I'd work to seem like a team player. They once hired me, I printed docs and saw it was a HELOC so I called and told them. They said they'd send me full fee. I said, "no, just an edoc fee of $___."
I had not even left the house. They sent the fee immediately. I got the re-sign the next week to do a corrected DOT/or replacement DOT.

Thank You ,I agree they are good people just wondering about the fee on this one thats a good idea Brenda. I never signed an agreement of any kind with them so I was not sure what to ask on the trip fee I ask for the usual on the edoc. Thanks

Lender's First Choice is my favorite. I had a very difficult and unusual signing recently, which was funny in retrospect, and they paid me not only double, but increased the entire amount! This was also due to the fact that there had been an error on their part, and I agreed to go back. I'm not sure anyone else would have considering the enviornment in that home. Because of my funny story about the encounter, the entire office heard about it, and I receive calls from them regularly. They're great people.

Had my first signing this evening for them and earlier they had answered all my questions. I thought they were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I hope they keep calling as I am hearing that their a good company to work for. The signing went well .
