When asked on mortgage document, "Notary qualified in ___________ County, do I list all counties?

I am commissioned in 3 counties.

Check your state's Notary Law.

I would put the county you originally qualified in.

This definately may depend on the state, some states may require to write the words "Certificate filed_________County and may have to affix any official number given to him/her by that county.

Again check first with your Notary Law Booklet, then if not clear call the Secretary of State's Office.

Welcome! You will find that you will get better answers if you include the two-letter abbreviation for your state in the "Author" field. There are many questions that require knowledge of a specific state's laws.
