Mark, this (Notary Rotary) is a good website for receiving calls. I have been doing this part time for a while but only upon going full time a couple of months ago did I become a member of this site. Since signing up, I have received an average of two signings/week from companies that found me here. I don't know if this is a high or low average because I've never asked but the membership has paid for itself and then some.
Lots of luck!

Mark,
Market yourself as much as possible. Advertise on all websites you can find. The more you advertise, the better your chances are of getting signings. Also, take advantage of NNA's Signing Agent Section, and write to as many title companies and signing services they have. No one will call you if you do not let them know you are there.
Once you have a signing, be certain to be maticulous about the paperwork. Go through it severl times, at least once with the borrowers, and twice more before you send it out; be certain to follow all directions that apply to you. The more efficiently you do your work, the better your chances of building your reputation and receiving more assignments. Definately search Google for various websites, which sell advertising space. It might be a little expensive at first, but you need to let people know you exist. Also, keep checking Google to see if any more companies pop up on the site. If it hits anywhere on the first page...SUBSCRIBE!!!

Welcome, Mark!
You can help everyone help you better by including the two-letter abbreviation for your state in the Author field of your post.
Notary Rotary has consistently delivered new clients to me, as well as providing great advice. Becoming a Premier Member is strongly encouraged!
Good luck.
