Morgan Stanley/Signing location

Do they actually not want you to do their signings on the home premises? Not stated in the instructions from the assignment source, but it seems like I've seen this somewhere on a forum.

I have done Morgan Stanley loans in the borrower's home. Never had a problem with it. Is this new?

A division of Household will not let you close at home, not Morgan STanley

I received a call and was told that when they (NSC) first got the Morgan Stanley account, this was the policy but now they are much more flexible because the borrower/s usually want to do the signing in their home. It should take place wherever the borrower/s want it to take place.
