Is anyone still having trouble getting paid? I did a closing on 5/24 and thought I'd have a check by now. I called and the girl couldn't tell if I was paid yet.

No problems here with them. I am already paid for some I did in June. BUT I am owed for 2 from April from IREP, who apparently are the same people, just a different division meaning they service different lenders.

Sometimes there are problems with getting paid; however, if you call the manager in charge of the invoices from notaries, he is very good about getting you caught up on the next check.

Mary: If you witnessed it on 5-24 it would have funded on 5-30.....maybe too close to month end to include in checks for the EOM payday. I'll bet you'll get paid with disbursements of the 15th. JMO
