Nasco

I got an apology from Nasco.

I have been asked to do 4 resigns from May because the paperwork was lost at Nasco. They did not want to pay a trip fee. I have been fighting back and forth all week. Now I get this apology:

I apologize for any error on our part regarding the Smith's signing. If we lost the package here in our office/if it was error you should definately be paid for it.

Jones - The order we addressed below. Are you still wanting payment for this? If there is anything missing from a package we receive back from a notary, then our "curative" team does at times deduct or not pay for a second trip out to obtain information(I do understand that you advised the information was in the package, however you feel we lost it internally here at Nasco). I can make an exception, just let me know.

So are you going back out there and getting a trip fee?

3 signings I have already gone out and got it resigned. They were not going to pay me because they said it was my error. I said, I don't think so
