National Document Signing Services

Does anyone have any experience with this company? I have a signing to do for them tomorrow and because I asked them to overnight the docs they reduced mt fee by $25.00. Do they pay promptly?

Have never worked w/them. If they are reducing your fee by $25 is that because the "negotiated" fee was for eDocs and because you will not be printing out the docs the fee is lower?

This is the first time I have worked w/them. They quoted me $75.00, but when I requested the docs be overnighted to me, they quoted me $55.00. I normally charge $75.00 for a signing and all of my past signings have been with docs overnighted to me.

As Maggie pointed out, the fee they originally quoted was for e-docs and they must pay $25 for same. Since you told them to overnight, you are not printing out the docs, therefore, your rate was reduced. As for you always doing overnight signings for $75, all SSs are different and pay is different.

IMHO, overnight package (small under 50 pages ) in my general area (less than 30 miles rount trip) $75 would be reasonable, and if edocs, again same small package and location- then I add $25 more. If it is a huge package, I would add at least another 25

If this is your price structure, then you need to specify that in the initial call. I've never had National Document send overnight -- they have always sent e-docs and they state the fact that docs will be e-docs when asking if I'm available.

FYI - I requested them to overnight the docs. I'm sure they would rather use edocs, but I prefer docs overnighted.

and I'm almost certain your request to overnight docs is why your fee was deducted $25.

Have done several closings for them, all e-docs. They pay fairly quickly, but are hard to negotiate higher fee unless its very last minute.Your $25 deduction was definitely the overnite docs. They are pretty firm in all of their fees but a nice co to work for...

I hope that it works out. I haven't done business with them before.
