Have any of you signed with this co.??? They want to do a background check in which you release all liability. Don/t they realize that we have had an FBI check??

Not so if you are in Texas! The Texas SOS does a random background check.

NSC treats me right and gives me many. I'd take a b/g check for them. Haven't had to. It might be one of their lenders that requires it -- I have not worked for a lender via NSC which requires it.

Im commissioned in WV and MD... never had an FBI check. Ive done quite abit of work for NSC and never have been asked for authorization on a background. I guess it must depend on your state.

I have done a lot of signings for them and they are great! Pay quickly and usually gets docs right away. I don't remember them asking for a background check. The State of Florida does background checks but I do not think they do an FBI check.

In CA we have extensive backround checks but the FBI doesn't have anything to do with it. That would probably cost more than it does now.
