Need or Want a Website?

Hi,
I'm Corey, and I own a Web Design company called CoreWeb Design.

My mom just become a notary (you may have seen her post here before) and along with all of my other projects that I do, I figured that there would be a-lot of websiteless notaries.

And that's enterprising ... I like a kiddo who looks for work and building business...however to Corey:

A little advice...

My son also does website design. I'd get thumped in the head if I tried to get business for him this way.

A word to the wise...just a little constructive criticism. The flash is nice, but for those who read this forum, it's a little lengthy for someone who's busy. Cut back on the flash time and send me an email. I'll give you a link if you are legit.

Brenda - that is a nice response to Corey, and I also will give Corey a link on my page if he is legit.

Corey - your entrepeneurial spirit is wonderful and I wish you much success. It is so nice to see a teenager using his/her talents in a positive way.

And make sure all your links work and ...

... your graphics all are correct.

Brenda is being very polite. Take her seriously.

Your own site was obviously produced by someone with artistic ability but no sense of what business web sites need to be like. Simplicity and speed are key. The opening Flash graphic will turn people off. Using Micro$oft's "Start" could get you sued. It also leads people to ask what else you're using without permission, not to mention originality.

Thanks for all of the constructive criticism, I really do appreciate it.

I think that I have covered everybody's comments....

Also.. from the time that I posted the first post until now I have been continually working on it.. so those of you who noticed broken links and such it was probably just me fixing something.

Now everything works perfectly.

I made three new links on the index page for people who want to move right along: Skip Intro, Straight to the simple page and prices, and Straight to Requesting a Design Project. Hopefully that will make it a bit easier for people who don't want to see all the glitz and glamour.

Corey, I am about to leave for a job, but be sure and take me up on the offer to give you a link. Been thinking about this a little...

Have your NSA mom send me an email...you are 14, that makes me want to be extra careful that I get parental permission to post your link...But, I get a lot of notary traffic on one of my sites so I think a link from me would be worthwhile for your mom to drop me a note.
