OT: Bored today? Here's entertainment...

Do a search using IPS in the area for user. You will see a string of posts by IPS aka KH. Read a few of them. You will find that Harry has converted lots of posts which were once Anon or under other handles into this name. If you read them, you'll see that in some of them he was talking to himself or about himself.

I love this job because I am still in my PJs...
I went to the bank in my PJs, I went to drop off at FEDEX in my PJs and I stopped and got lunch because I don't have any jobs today. That's okay-- I have had an excellent week and tomorrow I have to get back on the road again. However, for the rest of today/tonight I am going to read trashy true crime books and listen to a constant re-hash of closing arguments in the Michael Jackson case on Fox News, and yes...I will gleefully spend the rest of my day in my PJs.

Speaking of MJ, not asking if you think he's guilty, but do you think he's going to be convicted?

I think there is a distinct possibility that MJ will be convicted.

CourtTv has real good coverage. If you miss anything it will be reapeted within an hour.

I agree, Richard. Too much money/history. Reminds me of another fairly recent high-profile case...only celebs and wealthy are innocent till proven guilty "beyond a shadow of a doubt." Everyone else is vice-versa. (Seems to be the rule to me, anyway...!)

The standard, of course, is beyond a >>reasonable<< doubt. Almost no one would be convicted if the standard was beyond a shadow of a doubt.

I haven't followed the case closely, but my guess is he won't be convicted. Probably, as Richard has suggested, a hung jury. Seems to me he has been proved to be one weird dude, who probably does like to diddle little boys, but there is quite a bit of doubt about this particular episode.

If he is convicted, I'm really going to be interested to see where he can be incarcerated and survive more than six months.

I stand corrected, your royal highness, although I'm sure you caught my sordid sarcasm... ;)

Guilty on child molestation, not guilty on all other charges.
