Pictures Needed of Mobile Home

I was contacted by SS today to do a mobile home signing. I was already booked and had to turn it down but while speaking with the representative she mentioned that a disposable camera would be included in the overnight package to take pictures and return with the docs.

Just curious if anyone has done this and if it's a standard requirement on mobile home packages since I have only done SFR, condos and townhomes to date. TIA.

Yes it is common to take pictures with mobile homes refi's. Usually the lender is Western Finance. Very easy and simple. The closing packages are very small and I am usually in and out within 15-20 minutes.
