They pay eventually. They say net 45 days, but it is more like net when they get around to it.

They just recently sent me an e-mail, wanting me to sign up with them. Did two emergency signings for them in February; received payment in May. That's way too long to wait.

There are numerous signing and title companies that pay MY fee and send me payment in two weeks or less.
