Question about the HP LaserJet 1320

Does the HP LaserJet 1320 come with a Dual Tray or do you/can you buy it seperately?

Will it distinguish between paper sizes (Legal vs. Letter) when printing a loan package?

The HP Laserjet 1320 does not have and will not support a second tray. IOW, you cannot add one to it. However, the HP Laserjet 1320tn does have a second tray.

Any and all printers that support PCL 5e or PCL 6 and have multiple input trays, "must" support paper size selection. (It's part of the language.) Of course, the document that is being printed and/or the utility that is sending the document to the printer, must properly instruct the printer to select the proper paper source.

No... You must go to HP LaserJet 1320t or 1320tn before you can have a 2nd tray. The basic 1320 is what I use. I print all docs on 8-1/2 x 14.

Re: Merry - query

Hi Merry,

Heh, that rhymes !! I myself have a HP Laserjet 1320. Please enlighten us as to the differences (price, capabilities, etc.) between the HP Laserjet 1320t and the 1320tn . TX
