Question for Victoria/FL

I completed my Chase closing tonight. There are several copies of the same documents. I am confused about which portion to send to the title company and which to Chase. The title company is asking for a DOT. I have several DOT's in the Chase package, but none in the title company package. Shoud I send them one of the Chase DOT's since there are so many? Exactly how many copies does Chase require? All of the instructions are so confusing. Thanks for any help you can provide.
