Rating SS's... How on earth

did Speedy Closings get a Four Star rating on this board? I haven't signed with them in a loooong time... they deserve maybe 1 1/2 stars in my book. Did something change or are the SS's infiltrating the ratings? Does anybody monitor that?

On a side note...I think that any SS that pays only trip fees for no-show, no sign, no fund deserves nothing more than a 2 1/2.

I did a signing for them last month and was paid in two weeks.

I did one in NC for them last month. I was paid in about 2 1/2 weeks. I told them of their reputation and said if they pay me timely I would report it here. They did and I did.
