Recordable Docs??

I am doing my first Chase package that requires some forms returned to them and some to EFS. The instructions are not exact.....they list a few specific forms to send back to each and then say "and any other recordable documents" back to EFS....I don't want to screw this up. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Did you have a quit claim deed or a warrty deed? The Affidavits EFS sent all go back to EFS.
Copy of the Hud. The mortgage or Deed of trust.

Docs that are to be recorded by the county where the property exists. Generally dot and any riders.

Remember that all deeds are recorded. Not just the dot.
