Wrong Melody!

Road Runner is the ISP, that IP number is Road Runner's, it is not a signing service name (not saying the poster isn't from a signing service, just that the IP number is for Road Runner ISP)

"Allocations for this OrgID serve Road Runner commercial customers out of the Austin, TX and Tampa Bay, FL RDCs."

But the poster is using the Tampa Bay, Fl Road Runner service.

Road Runner is the commercial name for one of the cable companies internet services....can't recall which one right now. It is not a signing service.

Why waste your time trying to "bust" trolls....really, who cares?

I agree Kim...

Really doesn't matter who this person is. If I were chatting online, I'd just "iggy" him and not be bothered. Big deal if you locate what address the IP is coming from, still doesn't tell you "who" the person is and unless he/she is doing something illegal the individual isn't going to raise an eyebrow of law enforcement, etc.
