Sign on the X (SOX)

I read that many of you received payment from SOX recently. I provided a flawless closing for them on 4/22/2005, and I still have not been paid despite 3 faxes and 3 phone calls to them. I received the ever famous "Check is in the mail." I will not provide service to this company any longer. Good luck to those of you who do.

This is repeated over and over and over on this board, yet there are still people who are willing to take the chance with them. I don't know if you were reading this board before you did that signing, but hopefully you'll take future heed of the warnings that are posted about the same companies time and time again!

Sign on the X has been flagged as a deadbeat company since the day I started doing loan signings over 2 years ago. They're never going to change their ways people!!!!

FYI. I had a friend who used to do closings for SOX here in KY and told me that they were great, so when I got ready to start doing signings I contacted them and was told that they aren't doing signings in KY currently (April 2005), of course my friend was always paid only $50 and has been telling me that I am doing something right, as I get considerably more, as we all do on this forum, right?
