I called the number for Stacy Gordon and he told me to call the office and talk with Helen King. I went right to voice mail and I left a message. I got the impression that they get quite a few calls for non-payment as the message said to leave the date of the signing, the name of the borrower the fee.....
Lets see if I get results. I had already emailed Debbie Hastings the Opertions Manager, and did not get a reply, and I refaxed the inoice from May 24th without a reply....

CALL STACY BACK AT 949-233-3330 AND TELL HIM YOUR NEXT CALL IS GOING THE DEPARTMENT OF CORPORATIONS AND THE DEPARTMENT OF REAL ESTATE FOR THE STATE IN WHICH THE SIGNING OCCURED AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AS SIGANTURES PLUS WAS LISTED ON THE HUD AND BY LAW YOU THE NOTARY MUST BE PAID IMMEDIATELY UPON DISPERSEMENT OF PROCEEDS ONCE THE LOAN CLOSES. ASK HIM ALSO IF SIGNATURES PLUS IS PART OF HIS INSURANCE COMPANY AND IF SO YOU WILL CALL THE INSURANCE COMMISSIONER.
