Thanks NotaryRotary!
I was called by an LO to do a signing for a purchase today in Malibu. The office was right across the street from the beach. And to make it even better, it was perfectly clear out today, about 72 degrees -- beautiful day at the beach.
When I got there, I saw the LO had my profile page from Notary Rotary with his stuff. He says this is the only site they ever use.
Anyway, glad I got the call. Happy to be in Malibu today. Thanks NotRot!

Congrats! Just a quick question did you have a premier membership or the basic membership. I am a new notary and trying to conserve $ for advertising. Thanks for your help and congrats again!

For Linda
Having kept track of every company that contacts me without my having signed up with them, I am willing to bet that (unless you are in a super-crowded area, such as parts of CA) you will more work from Notary Rotary than any other source. And you'll recoup your investment very quickly. In addition, you will be supporting a great resource for education.
If there were a level above Premier, I'd be first in line to buy it.

Re: For Linda
Thank you for your encouraging message! I am sorry it took so long for me to response because I was getting my credit card out to upgrade my membership to the premier status.
Thank you again!

Go, Linda!
On behalf of the assembled multitude, welcome! We're glad that you've joined us.
A couple of suggestions, if I may be so bold. Please use the two-letter abbreviation of your state in the Author field when posting. It will help everyone help you by giving you answers to your questions that apply specifically to your state.
Second, use the orange "Search" button to look for keywords when you have questions. The people who (virtually) hang around here don't have a lot of patience with people asking questions that have been answered every week or two.
Best of luck!

Re: For Linda
I totally agree with Ernest. I think it took less than 2 weeks for me to make my membership cost back on this site.
Remember, non-premier members are always going to have at least 25 premier members above them on a search, even if they're way closer to the location.
And don't forget the discounts on supplies for premier members. Off the top of my head I know the journal is about 1/3 cheaper for premier members.
Best notary investment I ever made was on this site. I'd pay if he quadrupled the price.

Re: For Ernest
By the way Ernest, thanks for responding to my post about CA purchase loans. You were right, they aren't too different than a refi. I was a little nervous going to the signing since I haven't done a purchase before, but you set my mind at ease a little!

I have the Premiere membership. I've only been on the site for less than a month, so I was very happy to receive the call yesterday.
This site has been a great learning experience for me. I don't post a lot, but I read everything and have learned so much from what others have experienced.

Isn't it absolutely gorgeous today??
I'm signed up with all of the recommended sites, and every single call that I've received (from a company that I've not personally signed up with) has been from my Notary Rotary profile.
As a side note: I just received my MOJO, and it is as fabulous as everyone says. I can't believe how much it streamlines every transaction. I almost feel like I'm getting away with something after slogging through the NNA journal for all this time!

I dont know if I hold the record, but I had my first call for a signing half hour after I sign with premier membership here @ NOTROT.

I'll second everything that's been said about this site, membership, and supplies. Best ROI I ever made.
Had my first triple booking yesterday. All came from this site and all were new SS I hadn't worked for before. Wish I had these odds in Vegas!!!

I used my MoJo for the first time this week also. I love it, it's streamlined, easy to use, less work for me and brw, conforms to CA standards. Kudos again to Harry.

I have been hesitant to use the profile link when posting just to see how often my profile is viewed. It will be one year next month since I signed up for premier membership. My profile has been viewed 182 times with 157 completed signings through 32 companies on my list.
The reason for not using the profile link when post is I know I may get call by checking the counter stat at 10:00AM and 3:00PM each day. This way I can plan my day with the kids and wife knowing I may get call for work. I do get a call 70% of the times.

Update to premier membership (if you haven't already), and it's an absolute steal.
