Tip: Setting up UPS/Fed/DHL accounts
After completing signing number 256, and receiving telephone calls from title/lender/ss for tracking information, I have established accounts with Fedex, UPS and DHL (joke) This way tracking information can be sent to me in an email and sent to the receiver in email. I love this feature with fedex because, most of my clients only give me their account numbers and I can take the night before to generate my packing slips for my packages. (YOu can also do this with UPS) So far, I haven't had anyone give me DHL info for return packages.
So I would advise new NSA to establish these accounts. As an aside, the services are free and the drive will get your your shipping supplies on the next day after the order.

UPS and FedEx Accounts
I use the FedEx account all the time. When I opened my account I was not required to provide FedEx with a credit card number. I understand that new accounts now require a credit card number.
On UPS, I have a problem with that one and maybe I'm doing something wrong. When I try to generate packing slips/airbills and use the client's billing number, my request keeps getting rejected and I cannot generate the airbill. Any suggestions? Anyone know what I may be doing wrong?

Re: UPS and FedEx Accounts
you are forgetting to put your account number in the drop down menu above. there is a place for your acct number and then approx 2 spaces below is where you put in the recipient bill or third billing check mark and add in their acct number and zip code. I had the same problem until i figured it out! good luck! laura

I have used Fedex for about a year and love it. Once you have entered the shipping information if you click in the save in/update my address book it will save all of their information along with their account number. Never have to re-enter information or try to find the account number.
