I hope you have signed up with more than one company. There are companies that will milk you like the one you have experienced, and others that will treat you fairly. Scratch that one that has been taking advantage, and DON'T GO BACK WITH HAT IN HAND! You're worth more if you truly believed in yourself.

I got a call from them this past Thursday wanted to know if they could send us a sign-up package, i ask then if they were still paying 40 the gentleman said yes and i told him to save their postage as we for sure don't do $40 signings i also do heloc's in the city limits for one company for $50 very small and quick this is the first company that gave me work 2 years ago.

Those are the only $50 signing I will take, Quicken loans, sent directly to Borrower, they have already reviewed the docs ahead of time and it is a very small package. In and out in 20 minutes. I only take them within my City as well.
