Hi Sylvia,
This is what was in the cover email with attached loan docs. Changing the file ext. did not do it for. Any other thoughts?
"You MUST INSTALL the new version of BAINSTALL in order to view or print these encrypted documents. (sent previously) The new BAINSTALL program supports Bank of America's commitment to customer privacy"
TIA

Downloaded and installed but there appears to only be a "baprint" folder. There isn't an exe file to view the doc. What did I do wrong?

Fi After you installed the program I sent you did you try clicking on the documents?

It should have installed a file called "baprint.exe" in your windows directory. When viewing files, you may have the "view extensions" turned off, in which case the file will appear simply as "baprint".

Paul/Sylvia:
I've installed BAPRINT. I saved the doc with "bxx" ext. to my desktop. Double click it and chose "open with" and then browse to the B of A directory to BAPRINT. Highlight BAPRINT and click "open", it shows a file "uninst.isu"
I've emailed BofA and they sent me the same link PAW sent me. It ran the same install.
Aaarrrgh! Any other suggestions?

I just ran the program I sent you and it installed fine.
I had changed the ext to .doc in order for you to download it, Changing the extension from .doc to .exe and running it should have installed it OK.
The only thing I can suggest is for you to call the company and let them know that they did not send you the new version of BAINSTALL as mentioned in the cover letter.

I got it to work. I did the same procedure on my laptop running ME and it worked. There must be some issues with XP. Thanks for all your help. Much appreciated. Happy signings.
