Witness only fees (same as a basic signing fee) are whatever you feel your business, experience, and area market will bear. Just don't ever take less than $50 for a signing. SS that will pay if an appointment cancels beforehand are rare. You should establish upfront with each company what their policy is for no-shows and no-signs.

The ebolamonkeyman people just keep on giving...I keep getting emails from people wanting to transfer hundreds of thousands of dollars into my bank account. The only way I stand them is to know that Roger and the EbolaMonkeyMan lives on.
