WI Notaries Heads up
I just sent the following email to A Plus Signings. I am so disappointed! I really liked working with them, they just seemed to fall apart in my dealings with them the last 6 months. Please keep in mind this only pertains to the A Plus in Madison, WI who are associated with Advantage America Title & Closing.
"Check # 1173 from your First federal acct has bounced twice. I also took it into a branch office here yesterday and it still would not clear. I have been trying to get this check to clear since May 27! The check is also backdated to April 18 for the Ward closing on March 8. It took me several calls and emails in May just to get the check. I called you Friday June 10 in regard to the check bouncing and was told you would call me back..which you haven't. I spoke with Lori at Advantage America today after no answer at your number. I will tell you what I told Lori. Until I am paid I will do no further closings for you. This is costing me in phone calls and frustration and possibly bank fees for the return of the check. This is also the second time in a row I had to seek out payment from you for a signing.
I also referred a closing for June 10th to another notary and she is wondering if she'll get paid."
