Washington Mutual - thru Lending Tree
Have a closing for this evening, and they will only pay $100.00. How big are their docs usually?

20 minutes, including chatting and double-checking at the table. 30 minutes if you've got readers. Go for it!

Washington Mutual are EASY packages - about 50 pages. You'll be in and out in no time. $100 is great!

Lending Tree & Bank of America - Easy package, but OMG - they charged the bwrs nearly $7000 settlement fees on 5.7% / 25 yrs/ 89,000.00 conventional and no MIP. Of course, around $900 was up front hazard insurance, $1000 for a survey, but a gooooood part of it was high escrow fee and high LO fees. The ss only got $150 of which I received $125.

If so, I am not aware of how to do so. Mine came through an SS.

I started out with a fee of $180 due to e-docs, copies, and distance traveled (52 RT). They were not willing to go over $100. They ended up overnighting the docs to the borrower and highering a $50 notary. My standard travel fee would still have been $120 (they would not negotiate). Wonder who took the job?
