Who Is NASCO?

I am new to this, and they sound like a good company to work for!

NASCO requires two years experience...

and you have to take a test (I think). Stands for Nationwide Appraisal.

I have 12 years in title, only a couple of months signing, Will I qualify to take the test?

Re: NASCO requires two years experience...

My 3rd signing was with NASCO. I have been doing signing for 4 months, and typically complete 5-10 NASCO's (both Citi and Chase) loans each week.

Is this 2 yr. thing new?

No it's not new. How did you get signed up with them? Do you have Title, Real Estate, or Mortgage experience?

Re: NASCO requires two years experience...

I just signed up on their site and they called.

I have had my commission for 5 months. I was a LO for about a year, before that I worked in the finiancial industry for 6 years. (Maybe that is why?)

I didn't realize they wanted that much exp.

Do they pay well? Over $100 for a loan closing? Enquiring minds want to know.

the downside is, they are hard to reach sometimes and the pay can be slow. they are making great efforts to improve their system.

WHY???

why should anyone give you our business sources? I don't understand why ANYONE is telling the good companies...have some of these newbies WORK for their income...not have things handed to them. If they tell you they want 2 yrs experience, maybe they are saying quite a bit more between the lines. Try finding and working hard for two years and EARN the business. With experience comes the money and loyality.
