Work Orders
I have created a Work Order for a signing that was completed 6/22. Is this what is considered an invoice to the company for payment?
I am from California, sorry I didnt know how to include my state with my name (smile)

No... work order is what YOU get. You need to invent an Invoice. Poke around in your computer--betcha find a template someplace. If not--invent one... it ain't hard.

MS Excel has a Template for invoices. You might want to consider purchasing an accounting program for expenses and invoices, statements etc. (like QuickBooks)

Are you talking about the blue "Work Orders" tab at the top of this screen next to "Notary Talk" ?? If so, the Work Orders you create in NotRot are for your own personal use/reference and not company invoices.
