closing at 7:00 Pm HELP

The florida survey affidavit has blanks.....i'm telling the title company I can't notarize with blanks....she said hold on i'll get info.....can i write info and have the borrower fill this in?

I come across this all the time. I have the borrowers get out their survey and ask them to fill in the information from it.
