As notaries we are required to be impartial and can't give our opinion on the loans we have signed. Why are you asking? Are you a notary?

I am a notary, I understand we must be impartial on loans we sign, obviously I nor anyone on this board will be signing my loan. My question was answered by Les, thanks though!

Being that you came in anonymous I didn't know if you were either a citizen who stumbled onto the boards and thought this would be a great place to ask or if you were a notary that just didn't want to get flamed.

You wouldn't be the first to come on here thinking a borrower was getting hosed. Also the subject has come up quite recently about whether or not to say something. I was just trying to figure out the reasoning for the question. Sometimes I analyze, sometimes I over analyze.. Smiley
