I'm a little confused about overnight fee. As far as I can tell your overnight fee would basically be the same as your base fee then you would charge extra for edoc, faxes 2nd set etc.?? Correct. How do you all handle cancellation fees? Are there different circumstances for whether or not you charge if there is a cancellation?? I have my zip code chart set up but am still unsure about fees??

In my case. Edocs=$25.00 extra. I don't normally charge extra for fax backs. Not sure what you mean by 2nd sets. Do you mean the borrower's copy? If so, that is included in my edoc fee. If the signing gets cancelled, and I've printed, I charge them the $25.00. If I've made the trip, then I charge a trip fee plus the edoc fee, but that is negotiated before they send me a confirmation.
