journal entry

When notarizing docs on a 1st and 2nd, do you fill out a separate entry for the 2nd in your journal, name of borrower, id info, fingerprint, signature, etc.? Or do you note in the "additional info" section on the 1st entry that the loan was a 1st and 2nd?

I just note it in additional info. Probably is just individual preference some will do it twice others just make a note of it being two loans.

I may have stated it wrong, but it isn't two loans, just several different documents that we notarize, such as the Occupancy Affidavit, Mortgage, Compliance Agreement, Name Affidavit, etc.

My mistake, saw journal entry and thought it was my question that was being discussed.
