Here in SO Calif.

Do you notaries do most of your signings in the day or evenings?

Singed up with companies, but no calls yet.? I can only do signings in the evenings and weekends.

I do evenings and weekends too. You'll get calls. Takes awhile for that first one to come. Once it does more will shortly follow. Be patient.

I'm taking a vacation day from my full time job tomorrow to do closings. I've got one at 9 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m. and the rest are in the evening.

I have 16+ years experience in real estate law as a legal secretary/notary in NJ. I received my commission and started doing this in CA mid April. I'm working evenings and weekends and it's going really well. I'm mentoring a gal up in Oceanside who just received her commission and hasn't done anything yet. I'm also mentoring my 18 year old who will be my partner and handling signings during the day.

I'm always willing to share my experiences with newbies, but I cannot commit to taking on another person to mentor.
