signer set up weird e-mail

I received an e-mail today from [e-mail address] - there was a document attached named signer set up. I didn't open the file since I don't know who Iran Black is or what company he is with. Anybody heard of him? He did not reply to my return e-mail asking for info.

Mortgage Information Services is a good company to work for; they pay within 30 days and I have not had any problems with them.
