123notary
Hello to all...I was thinking about signing up with 123notary. Has anybody dealt with them or got work from them? good or bad? I am still new and discovering that all sites have their own fees and tests. So much for putting faith in NNA Cert.....Thank you in advance.

Hello,
I was going to sign up with 123 Notary, but then abruptly stopped because a fellow Notary friend of mine told me that it wasn't worth it because she never got any work from them.
Just sign up with the free ones. The other one off the top of my head is www.notarytracker.com.
Thank You, Korey

Hi Korey!
I just went to notarytracker. Don't I have to purchase the software before I can sign up for free?

THank you! Its hard to be new and know where and where not to go. I have searched many S/S and websites.....but they all want money and testing. (UUUGGGHHHH) We work hard for our money - Don't want to spend uselessly. So Thankyou!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello,
No. If you click on the Basic listing link then you can sign up for free. The only downfall is that they will only allow you to list one county which you're willing to serve. Not a problem in my eyes.
Remember, click on the Basic listing.

A MUST READ!!.. LOL :-D

Thank you. Yes, I've had a few clients who stated that they seen me on Notary Tracker. Honestly speaking I get more clients via notary rotary listing.

I have to disagree with Korey on 123notary. Not saying that the friend is wrong, however it probably varies by area. 123notary has been my best investment. I am listed with numerous sites, a few to which I will not renew, because of no calls. However I just renewed my 123notary, I receive more calls from that listing then any other. I have received between 4-10 calls a month from this listing, and to me it was worth renewing

If it goes by area..Where are you -if you don't mind?

Re: 123notary -- well worth the investment!
I get over 50% of my calls from 123 -- not only for signings, but for general notarizations. Well worth the investment.

Wow!! MASS stinks then 8-D
It must be better in other areas because my friend says she barely gets any business from 123 Notary.
Marjority rules. Maybe you should reconsider and sign up with 123 Notary. I apologize.

It is one of the best. I get many calls through them, including ordinary notary work.

I personally do not think that you need to look any further than where you are at. I have received the majority of my business from being a Premier Member of Notary Rotary. You always want to separate yourself from the rest of the available Notaries and I think that the Premier Membership helps you do this. Just my opinion but you may want to consider this. Best of luck!!

Footnote
I'm logged in and I lost my little orange box for the above post--at least its not just my hair and, well, you know, other things that are going away!!

Re: Footnote
You didn't lose your little orange box. You have to click the Add Link box, because it's not automatically checked even though you are logged in.

Tom / Carolyn
Carolyn,
You could have said something nice about his hair.
In the spirit of being a kinder, gentler board I believe that would have been a really nice end to a perfect day.

Back to 123notary
I'm hearing mixed reviews on 123...but it makes me wonder if its "area specific" or "$ specific"- Are the people getting work from them certified by them or have a paid listing? It may not be as area specific as one would think.......(HMMMM)

Re: I'm not certified through them and have a paid listing.
And I repeat from my above listing, tht I get quite a few siging assignments and general notarizations through them.

I've received calls from 123notary....maybe not as many as notary rotary. Just got a call yesterday in fact but they were looking for someone in a county that I do not cover. I however do not pay for my listing on 123notary because there a less than 4 notaries in my area.

123notary.com is the best. I have gotten all except maybe 3 assignments from my listing and my listing is a free listing.
