Annie Mae - Gary Drury - BEWARE

i had the unfortunate opportunity to sign up with gary drury/annie mae and want others to be aware what may happen if you decide to cancel your membership with annie mae/gary drury. here's what's happened and still happening to me.....

i cancelled my membership with gary drury by email in january .. he double billed me in november and never responded or credited my account after 2 requests, one by phone and one by email ... my credit card company has now credited the double billing as well as the january payment he charged me "after" i cancelled. as i'm writing this i am on the phone for the 3rd time with my credit card company as he billed me "again" for february.

notaries, i am writing this as it is very frustrating and time consuming because gary does not cancel a membership when requested and did not respond to 4 emails i sent him ...

Annie Mae and Gary

I received a personal phone call from him. I had signed up on his site several months ago for free. He called to informe me that I should become a paid member. I am still thinking about it.

I do want to learn more about his bankruptcy processing endeavor, but I will wait until i'm good and ready to signg up with him and his service or not.

Re: Annie Mae and Gary

I had no trouble canceling my membership months ago, although he did try to talk me out of it. I got nothing from belonging to Anniemae, and was a total waste of my money. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!

Re: Annie Mae and Gary

In the beginning I advertised with AnnieMae, but cancelled once I realized there was no need to advertise. My cancellation with them was uncomplicated.

I read this yesterday and I'll repeat it for you today because I feel it was good advice.

"Why pay a business to hire you for thier business?"

My notary jobs are frequent but the pay is minimal and usually delayed, I can't afford to pay someone to hire me.

There are many sites where you can advertise on line or apply to for free.

Re: Annie Mae and Gary

allison, you might want to contact 50statenotary.com, victoria ring ... she has a bankruptcy processing book. in fact, that's how gary started annie mae and got hooked up with the notaries , however, victoria is an expert and her book is very good ...
