They deal with Countywide Home Loan for CA, OR, WA, ID, great company, pay like clock work, and full fee for no sign. I did 30 signings for them in the course of 5 months.

They are an excellent company. They also pay like clock work. You will never have a problem. The gals in the office are very sweet and helpful. I actually did my very first signing with them almost a year ago! GREAT COMPANY and still do work for them today.
