Backdating requests!!!
I am so tired of these unscrupulous LO's asking us to backdate! Had 2 requests to do it yesterday, One of which I had done four signings last week. I am tired of them wanting us to loose our Commissions for "theirs"! Who can I report them to? I am gonna do it this time, I am just livid!!

This statute can be your friend.
§ 8225. Improper notarial acts, solicitation, coercion or influence of performance; misdemeanor: Any person who solicits, coerces, or in any manner influences a notary public to perform an improper notarial act knowing such act to be an improper notarial act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
I would assume that you report violations to the Secretary of State office, but don't know for sure. I'd be interested to know if they would actually do anything about it if you did report someone.

Or, if it's a law, contact police and make report
The police get paid to enforce the law. No harm in calling to see what can be done.

You need to report this to your Notary Division, Secretary of State and/or Attorney General. If you know the incorporation state, you can also report them to the "business" unit of that state, since they are exercising illegal business activities.
But, before reporting them, you do need solid, documented proof before anything will or can be done. Allegations are just that... allegations. However, you can still file a complaint and if there's enough complaints, then it may be investigated.

Would it be wrong oif me to let the Borrowers know what their LO asked me to do? They are probably wondering why I was not doing their signing, (I already did 4 for them lastt week)!

Yes, it would be wrong. Don't involve the borrwers in this kind of stuff.
