Convenient Settlement Services

Anybody have any experiences with them? Got a call from them and have accepted - although it sounds like its going to kind of be an interesting one...the only thing I came up with in a search on this site was a message that had not been replied to from February 10, 2005...
I think the company is out of NC (the area code for the phone numbers - but the fax area code is a NY area code) Very nice on the phone.

I did a closing for them back in 2/07. They emailed me rather than calling me to see if I could do the closing, and luckily I just happened to check me email, otherwise I would not have known about their request. They paid me fair and within 30 days.
