Yes, it appears to be. On the home page, it states "our fee for each signing is $125"; apparently this does not include a fee for emailed documents, as that is an additional $25 bucks. Then under the notaries link and under the rates link, it states: "$65 for each completed signing of one loan package". Again emailed docs are the same as in the prior fee explanation.

Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks.

I read it as the ss gets 125. for their fee, they give us 65.
They get 50. for the second and give us 30.
They charge for and give us the 25. for edocs.
We make either 90. or 120. and will negotiate for travel distance and bulk signing.

Hi, this is Amy from Cornerstone Pro Signings in California. I am sorry to say that I am not the signing company that people seem to be talking about. I know that there are a number of signing companies that are called Cornerstone. Many of you have signed up on my database this morning which is great, but I don't want you guys to miss out on signing up with the company that is being talked about as well. Unfortunately, I don't know which one it is.
