Diversified Settlement Services, Inc.

Did a search for this company and didn't get any results. Anyone heard of this company aka Village Home Mortgage. I did a closing in December and haven't been paid. I sent them a collection letter they responded with a call 2 weeks ago "check is in the mail". Nothing as of today. Beware notaries another one to add to the no no list.
