Do not sign for Thomas A. Sirianni, Inc

Hi, I am new to this board. Thanks for all your comments and suggestions.
I wanted to ask if anyone has had any bad dealings with Thomas A. Sirianni, Inc. which is a law office. I accepted a signing from this company called ILS (Integrated Loan Services). Has anyone heard of or worked for this comany?
I have done 2-3 signings for this Sirianni and the last one in Oct. 2004, I've never gotten paid. I call them and am constantly being told they are having money problems and I will bet paid in 2-3 weeks. The weeks are well gone. I called and told them to take me off there call list and not to call me for another assignment.
I just want to warn everybody not to do any signing for Thomas A. Sirianni, Inc company. I have not gotten paid the $60 and probably never will.
Thanks for listening.
Marie

Hello,

We've all heard about Thomas A. Sirianni about three times in one week!! LOL I've never dealt with him firsthand, but given his reputation here, I don't think I ever will.

If you click on search and type in his name you'll see a lot of earlier postings relating to him.

Yours Truly,
Korey

I have never worked for Thomas A. Sirianni, Inc., but have done many signings for ILS. I've never had any problems with payment.

I did a closing for him on 8/10/04 and have received the same excuses (financial difficulties for 7 months, new system in place, check is pending to be mailed). I don't expect to get paid. I did do a couple prior (even though I was warned) and got paid within 2 months. ILS has a great reputation, they pay timely and are good to work for, you just need to make sure it is not for Atty Sirianni.

I called ILS two weeks ago and told them I have not received payment from Sirianni. They said"you WILL get sent a check today!" Two hours later, Sirianni's office called and said the check will be mailed that dayl I received the check three days later. That is the solution. ILS will take care of you.

Your services are just as valuable as any other proffesion. When you (Or anyone) performs any service you should be paid.
Do not let anyone walk, play hardball.
Invoice the SS, make a phone call telling them payment is Past Due, after 14 days do a Certified Invoice, stating clearly they have 14 days to pay or you turn it over for collections. After 14 Days passes find a CA and turn over all SS to them, if you wont sign for the SS again it makes no differnce.
The Only reason these companies try this, is becuase they think they can get away with, the notary will just give up and go away.

You are a buisness, Run it like any other Proffesional, you provide a fee based service, you expect to be paid, you should be paid.
