E&O Insurance - NNA

Has anyone had a problem getting your certificate after purchasing it thru the NNA website. I bought a policy in January and have not recieved anything on it. I call every 2 wks and they continue to tell me that its in the mail.

Please don't tell me that. I just decided to purchase a cheap $10,000.00 insurance for two years. My order along with personalized Notary certificates are on there way as we speak.

My order status tells me to call customer service. When you first got your's shipped to you (whatever they're shipping now) were you told to call customer service???????

I bought mine from them too and by the next day I was able to get a policy number and received the policy in the mail in 2-3 days.

Yes, same here. I purchased a 100,000 policy and received the paperwork within 3 days. Good luck.

I bought my E&O Insurance from the NNA also. Seems to me it took a really long time to get the certificate. In fact, by the time it got here, I had forgotten that I ordered it! <G>

I also had problems getting my certificate. I renewed my E & 0 the first of January and my insurance was to expire 2/16. Feb 16th came and went, No certificate, They cashed my check, but still so certificate, I called several times and finally got it 1st of March. Not acceptable to me. I will look elsewhere next year.

Renewed in January, received ...

my Western Surety certificate in a few days.

I wonder if the delay has to do with
1. The state you are in or
2. Whether it is "new" or a renewal.

I would definately call the NNA repeatedly if I didn't receive it after 10 business days.
