you can then look online for many companies that have classes to become a cert. loan signing agent. Once you go through that, just go online there again and search the MANY signing companies ,... ie.. through google, msn, yahoo... ect... You can also read the many posts on this board.. There is sooo much info out there... just go to the first page of the posts and there is a fist, last, prev, next button you can click, if you click on the first that will take you to the first post and you can continue to read the threads from a lot of informative people, just be aware that everyone is different, every State is different and one way that works for one person DOES NOT work for the other... and good luck with your adventure... There are so many notaries out there, and I don't know about your state, but here in CA it is hard to get work... you really have to market yourself..
Good luck and God bless Smiley By the way, I have a headache today, I hope some of that made sense... and I hope you dont get bashed by some of the people on this board with that question...I think it has been made clear to them not to be so mean... again good luck in this adventure... Smiley

Welcome!

Please search online (using this Site and others) for other notaries in your area, especially for notary signing agents, before making a decision to compete with those who have established themselves. Reading this Forum, WWW.GoMobileNotary.Com, and others, will give you some idea of the issues faced by notary signing agents.

Studying real estate, getting your license, and becoming an active real estate agent is another path to consider. Talking to other agents and doing other research is A Good Idea.

When you post in any online forum, putting the abbreviated name of your state in your handle (Tasha-IN, Tasha/IN, Tasha_IN) will help people help you with state-specific advice.

Good luck!
