Industry Partners Title- wants notaries in....
I have a contract with them and do ALL of their work in my state. I love working with them and yes they don't always get docs to you until the last minutes sometimes and things sometimes cancel or get rescheduled but I love working with them and they don't ask you to fax anything back. ***Also, keep in mind...because of this they will want notaries that are experience so they don't have to babysit you. They are NOT a company who will want a new notary doing their closings...have at least a year or more under your belt, please.*****
They do pay monthly on all the work you've done in that month, just invoice on the last day of the month and you generally get your check by the 15th of the next month. I know they are looking for PA notaries since they just started doing business in that state and they really need notaries from there. They have set fees but only if the travel is significant will you get that negotiated. Contact John at [e-mail address] and tell them Tyler sent you to him. They ONLY do these states : FL, WI, CA, VA, PA, KS, IN, NE, NH, MI, RI, DE, and VT. the other states are covered exclusively.
Good luck!

I do their title work in Maryland. They really are a wonderful company. I wouldn't trade them for anything. I would love to do their closings but they have someone that does the whole state exclusively.

Loretta
Yeah, that's why John asked me not to list that state. Like I had said, "...the other states they have someone who does their closings exclusively"..... I do all their work in MN and I love working with them.

Re: Loretta
Yeah, I got what you said. I was just saying that I do their title work and I am pleased with their whole company.

Ty,
Well, good for you, although I must say that would seem to be an awful lot of driving. I mean Minnesota is not a small state. And one has to navigate around all those ten thousand lakes, for sure. But then again I suppose that most of the populace is in the southern part of the state.

they're looking for notaries in Pa but they aren't going to be getting the experienced ones you state they require. They want to pay $100 for e-mail and $125 for a double e-mail loan. $65 trip charge for no signs. their e-mail also implies problem loans as they've got a rather large paragraph about giving the lo a chance to save the loan at the table. I believe I'll pass.

Sue...
Wow...never had those issues. I have rural areas and I don't have issues negotiating fees. I haven't had someone not sign or had an issue that wasn't explained by the loan officer either that second should they want to call them, or I explain the 3 day and they have been okay.
To each their own. I wouldn't give them up as a sourch of income. But with experience comes the ease of a signing...maybe thats why mine aren't problems.

I know this a little late. However I enjoy working for Industry Partners as well,. My payment has never been late they pay the following month with no problems. I.ve got 2 years with and still going strong. As far as the rescheduling goes that goes with the territory you just have to know how to work it to your advantage. When you get your payment all is well.
